- Step 1: download phoenix software from the following links

- Step 2:install phoenix i n your system
- Step 3:if u have the windows 7/Vista then right click the phoenix and click that property then change that into windows server pack 2 in compatibility
- Step 4: then open the phoenix
- Step 5:then you need to get phone code from back of your phone
- Step 6:then click tools -->data package download
- Step 7:enter ur product code and click download
- Step 8:once completed close that and restart the phoenix
- Step 9:click file-->open product -->enter the name of firmware(type) available in back of your phone and click ok
- Step 10: click flashing----->firmware update
- Step 11:click product code -->click checkbox deadphone
- Step 12 :finally click refurbish then connect your phone through usb and on ur phone
