U can repair your mobile phone by yourself even its dead 

Needed things

1. your dead phone
2. second internet connection
3. next data cable 

 

• Step 1: download phoenix software from the following links

• Step 2:install phoenix i n your system
• Step 3:if u have the windows 7/Vista then right click the phoenix and click that property then change that into windows server pack 2 in compatibility
• Step 4: then open the phoenix
• Step 5:then you need to get phone code from back of your phone
• Step 6:then click tools -->data package download
• Step 7:enter ur product code and click download
• Step 8:once completed close that and restart the phoenix
• Step 9:click file-->open product -->enter the name of firmware(type) available in back of your phone  and click ok
• Step 10: click flashing----->firmware update
• Step 11:click product code -->click checkbox deadphone
• Step 12 :finally click refurbish then connect your phone through usb and on ur phone

finally all problems solved u can use ur phone
